Hey! I’m Callie Biggerstaff - and yes that is my real last name. But everyone just ends up calling me Callie B, which works for me. I am a native to Los Angeles, third generation in fact! (I know its’s wild…but its true!)

I’m based in Chinatown DTLA, CA where I live along with my partner and my goofy dog, Donuts.

Whatever the project, I am drawn to document, create and connect. My work delivers an authentic narrative voice paired with a cinematic editorial style. Equipped with a unique versatility to capture natural lifestyle, intimate love stories and creative portraiture alike, I serve images with sincere energy and honest, in-the-moment emotion. I pull inspiration from my surrounding environment, light and shadows, and overall pulse of the people around me. I often describe my shooting style as a “fly on the wall” perspective, documenting the big and boundless feelings as well as the quiet moments, and everything in between - resulting in bold, striking and timeless imagery.

I am stoked (yeah I said stoked!) everyday to have made “creating” my actual job. I have been photographing professionally for over 15 years and sincerely love what I do.

I absolutely love to travel, even just for a weekend destination and am stoked (seriously, get into it) to travel for most any project or wedding. When not behind the lens, you can find me tending to my many houseplants, hunting for garage sales, catching some local comedy, or meeting friends for coffee and PIE…there must also be PIE.
